It combines install attribution, dynamic links (BoostLink), cross-promotion, review management, and cross-store analytics into a single self-serve platform with a free tier. Studios connect their app stores (Apple, Google Play, Microsoft, Amazon) and ad networks, then see all their growth data in one dashboard.

BoostOps was built because the existing tools — AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch — were designed for e-commerce and priced for enterprises. Indie and mid-size game studios needed the same capabilities at fair pricing, with gaming-specific features like cross-promotion between titles and portfolio-level analytics.

Why we built BoostOps

After years working in the games industry — at Unity, Chartboost, and Zynga — our founder kept seeing the same problem: small and mid-size studios were flying blind. They had installs but no attribution. They had revenue but no ROAS by channel. They had players but no way to cross-promote intelligently across their own portfolio.

Then Firebase Dynamic Links — the one free tool everyone relied on for deep linking — was shut down in August 2025, leaving thousands of studios scrambling.

We built BoostOps to fill the gap: a growth platform purpose-built for game studios, with pay-as-you-go pricing, and one SDK that covers attribution, dynamic links, cross-promotion, and analytics. No sales calls required.
